Kitsong yawned. It had been a long day with many injuries from thorns in pads to a bee sting. Kitsong could barely focus. She noticed she was out of Cat nip! Cat nip was inportant now because It would be starting to wilt and die. And they needed it becuase Greencough, whitecough and even Blackcough can come on in leaf bare. She has to get more. Paw steps in the front of her den told her someone was coming in...

Pantherclaw pushed his way into the den, "Kitsong? I was wondering if you need katnip because i saw some and thought you needed it?" pantherclaw layed the pile down next to him, as the leader came throught the entrance.
Rainstar dropped the catnip at her feet. "I was on i patrol and we grabbed some for you."

kitsong let out a stifled purr. "What a coincidence, thank you both, i was needing some of that!" She took the catnip and placed it in a crack in the wall. "This will be perfect!" She looked back on rainstar and pantherclaw. She hadn't noticed she hadn't spoken to them in a while. "hows prey running?" She mewed as she sat down with her tortoiseshell tail over her paws.

Pantherclaw wasnt feeling his best and he didnt want to ruen the medicine cat's day. so he padded out of the crowded den and stalked to the fresh-kill pile and got something to eat and sat down to eat it.

Kitsong shook her head. "Well bramblepaw, you could go out to collect some catmint. The harsh weather of leaf bare is just around the corner." she paused. "Or you could do some more, fun apprentice stuff, like... go hunting, or battle training. If you would rather do that, thats fine. I don't need much help today, my paws aren't full with sick cats yet. And I'm sure Pantherclaw would like to take you out to carry on." She blinked at the young apprentice.

Rainstar paded out of the den and pounced on to the tree. She looked around at her clan. "Just perfect."

Kitsong purred at teh young apprentice she-cat. "Wonderful. PantherClaw!" She shouted to teh warrior finishing up his meal. "Can you take young Bramblepaw out to hunt today? She wond be a burden." She heard Bramblepaw purr beside her. Kitsong smiled.

Pantherclaw jumped up as he herd the medicine cats call, he licked his lips, "Sure that would be great! Get you something to eat and then well go!"
