Rainstar looked back at her clan mates, "We will if we dont look out of one another." She looked down at kitsong, "Now. how would you tell them? Let them figure out by rommers flowing through the clans? Or would you like them for me to let them know?" Rainstar was getting tierd of the back talk from kitsong. Rainstar didnt wait for the response, "Cats of Riverclan. We shall go on as usual but keep a good eye on borders and the other clans. Nothing is going to change, but i do want to double the patrols and get battle training in more."
Pantehrclaw sat beside hailstorm, "what is she talking about/ the clans are comeing to an end?" Pantherclaw was now whispering into her ear.

Thornpelt nodded. Yes, more patrols would get the Clan's mind off destruction. Cloudwhisker shrugged to himself. Maybe destruction is inevitable, he thought. Sundapple kept her head high ad truly believed that StarClan would save them. Puddlepaw hoped that destruction would not come. Bramblepaw just hoped that Kitsong wouldn't be too angry.

Kitsong snapped at Rainstar as she passed by her, to grab something to eat for the Riverclan deputy, Hailstorm. "Rainstar, there wouldn't be any roomers if it wasn't for your jaws" Kitsong snarled. She picked up a fat fish for Hailstorm, and ate with her. She wasn't going to get anything for her leader. Not today. Kitsong couldn't read exactly what Hailstorm was thinking. After a curt nod, Hailstorm just began eating with a blank expression.

Thornpelt shook his head and padded away to go hunting. Cloudwhisker and Syndapple joined him. Puddlepaw shivered, not because it was cold, and padded into the apprentices' den. Bramblepaw watched as Kitsong glared at her leader. Bramblepaw flicked her tail and padded into the medicine den, wondering what would come.

Rainstar watched as the other cats took off into there ow derictions, "Kitsong, when i get back i want to see you and hailstorm in my den." rianstar jumped off her post and padded to the camp entrence.

Kitsong narrowed her eyes. then glanced at Hailstorm. Kitsong still couldn't tell weather the deputy was on her leaders side or not. she snarled, and padded to get a mouse to eat, but only picked on it, because her stomach, though empty, was full of hatred. she hooked it onto her claw and hurled it over to the kits, who happily played with it. Hailstorm padded over to her. "Kitsong-" she began. "Tell me later," Kitsong mewed softly, "One I'm punished."
"You will be fine" Hailstorm settled down beside her. "Rainstar just gets cranky, thats all." Hailstorm gulped down a warm mouse.
Kitsong mumbled under her breath as she waited for the moment she would have to face the leader, in which she was in a quarrel with.

Rainstar padded back into camp with a fish and a squiral. She had been to troubled to think about prey. She then dropped her prey on the fresh-kill pile, and padded over to her deputy and medicine cat, "hailstorm, can you make a few hunting patrol, were running low on prey?" She moved her gaze to Kitsong, And nodded her head and truned to make her way to her den. she flicked her tail forher to fallow.

Hailstorm stood up. "I'll be in there in a moment, right after I organize this patrol." Hailstorm meowed to the medicine cat.
Kitsongs' paws were filled with tension. Yes, I stood up to her, She though as she stood up, Whats she going to do about it? Dismiss me from my roll of medicine cat?? She felt a snarl rumble in her throat, as the usually soft- spoken medicine cat walked into her leaders den. "You wanted me, Rainstar?" Her voice was harsh like lightning hitting the water.

Rainstar wipped her head around. "Why do you have second thoughts about my dessicons about the clan?! As the warrior code states, my word is code." Rainstar turned her body and sat down, "I would think you would be the cat to know that the most." Rainstar folded her tail over her feet. "What you did out infront of the clan is unexceptable." She paused for a moment as Hailstorm padded into the den. She dipped her head, "nice of you t join us Hailstorm. "The clan is outraged about this dream that kitsong has had. And i want to know what you all think we should do."

Kitsong was tired of this. "I thought it was the leaders job to guide us responsibly..." Kitsong put in between clenched teeth. "And what you did in front of all four clans was unacceptable!" Kitsong felt her neck fur rise, and saw Rainstars rise as well.
"Stop!" Hailstorm stood up, the tip of her tail twitching. "Am I the only cat here with a lick of sense?" She meowed loudly. "Honestly! You two are bickering like kits! Would Starclan be happy with you, Rainstar? For standing in front of the clans and announcing some thing they wanted to keep secret? And Kitsong, would they be happy with you for arguing with your leader in front of Riverclan?" She snarled. "I don;t think so! If I have to handle this clan while you two sort your doubts out, so be it!" With a lash of her tail she was out, after casting a final glare at the two she-cats. As she stomped out to the clearing she sat. What has all the clans become?? She took the liberty of taking leader duties to prove to Rainstar she was fit, and would actually do what she promised. She checked each den, and sorted patrols for the next few days... But anger overtook most of her.

Rainstar was out raged by the outburst of Hailstorm, "Hailstorm, get in here." Rainstar's voice wasn't harsh but calm. She turned to Kitsong, "I would have liked to know that you didnt want me to say anything to the clans." Her voice was soft, "I feel ashamed to talk to like that, I'm sorry." Rainstar looked up to the sky, there was a small hole in the top of the den that she like to look to her ancesters through.

Hailstorm didn't hesitate. she wasn't going back in with them. They need to sort it out themselves, she thought.
Kitsong looked into her leaders eyes. "The reason I didn't want the other cats to know, was because StarClan only wanted the Medicine cats and their leaders to know. Also, because I didn't want the whole clan to freak out over this. It could only be one clans problem. Or maybe only the medicine cats' problems," She sighed.

Rainstar lifted her head, "Well thats not what i wanted and that may sound selfish but i want the best for my clan. i dont think that there freaking out about this still." She looked to the entrance and listened for the clans mumering. "Kitsong you are dismisted, and thank you. If you see Hailstrom tell her to go rest, she must be tierd."
