Gathering ~December~

[Tanglestar]

Tanglestar pushed herself closer to the ground, her belly dragged across it. There were no other cats in the clearing of Fourtrees yet, so she let her warriors go with a flick of her ear. She sprinted as fast and lightly as she could down the slope, and sat on the base of the Great Rock. She sat beneath it until the other leaders came to join her. She sat neatly, tail over feet, and thought about what to share with the other leaders and clans...

Whisperwind happily glided down the slope to Fourtrees. she took a deep breath, and thought about finding Blackfang. But she couldn't. He didn't like her anymore. She sighed and sat down so smooth her fun until another clan got here, she could talk to Bramblepaw or Grasspaw!

Thunderstep padded graciously through the clearing, he looked around for a partner to talk to. There were so many, he decided to go join in on another group of warriors' conversations.

[mudnose]

"Greetings, Thunderstep," Redtail purred as Thunderstep joined the group. Fireheart dipped his head to the warrior. "When do you think the other Clans will arrive?" Fireheart asked.

[Snowberry]

Wildstar lead his clan to the Gathering. Very slowly he padded over to the other side.. He then took them deeper into the fourtrees untill he saw the Great Rock where he saw ThunderClan already there. Wildstar walked up to join Tanglestar. He dipped his head to her. "Greetings Tanglestar, How is your clan this moon?"

Snowberry joined his clan at the gathring as soon as he had made sure all of the apprentices were there. Then he sat down by the Great Rock waiting for the other leaders and deputies.

Grasspaw raced towards the Four Trees with her clan. She wanted to talk to the other apprentices so badly. As soon as she saw Whisperwind she ran even faster. "Hi WhisperWind!" She called as she reached her.

[Tanglestar]

Tanglestar felt comforted as Snowberry sat beside her. She looked at Wildstar and nodded in greeting. "Very well, and in ShadowClan?" She purred. She was wondering were WindClan and RiverClan were, they were almost late, she told herself as she glanced at the moon that hung high in the sky.

Whisperwind heard her name being called by a fellow medicine cat apprentice. She flicked her tail on the shoulder of her mentor Moongaze and sprinted in the direction of Grasspaw. "Grasspaw!" She mused, slowing now. "How are things?"

[Snowberry]

Wildstar nodded. "ShadowClan is good, Thank You Tanglestar. No sighs of that bager, It's been a moon since we last scented it." He meowed as he sat down with Tanglestar. He looked over the two clans that were here seeing his Clan-mates talking with ThunderClan cats.

"Their great! We had no sighs of any illness coming to the camp, and the herbs are going okay this moon." Grasspaw purred. "What about you?"

[Tanglestar]

Tanglestar blinked solemnly with joy. She was glad the badger scent had not returned. ShadowClan bordered ThunderClan, and it would most likely become their trouble as well as ShadowClan's. She gazed around the horizon of the area of Four Trees searching for RiverClan and WindClan, no sign. She opened her mouth to taste the air. Nothing. Her ear twitched with worry, how could they have a proper gathering with only two of the four clans? There was no bad weather or anything she knew of that would keep them back, were where were they?

Whisperwind purred in happiness. "That's great! Yes, were doing quite well too, the herb stock is rather full, the plants are fresh, no signs of wilting. And most pleasantly, our Cat Mint is high." She mewed to her friend. "If there is any problems with sickness, you can get permission of grab some of ours if you need," Whisperwind added. she knew Moongaze and Tanglestar wouldn't mind.

[Snowberry]

Wildstar took a deep breath in. No scent of the other clans.
"Where do you think they are? Has something happen that we don't know about?" Wildstar qustioned.

"Thats kind of you Whisperwind! I'm sure Wildstar will do the same." Grasspaw purred then looked around. "Theres no sigh of Bramblepaw yet. I wonder where she is."

[Tanglestar]

"I haven't heard of any big news..." Tanglestar replied, her eyes still locked, puzzled, on the sides of the peacemaking territory. "If they don't show up soon, I'm sure StarClan wouldn't be too glad," She murmured.

Whisperwind purred back at her friend. She was used to the clearing here being louder then this, there was only half of the whole of the four clans here, how could this happen? Whisperwind gasped a little to herself. What if the prophecy they were all warned about at teh last half moon was happening now?? She locked eyes with Grasspaw to show comfort, she didn't want to address this to her friend. "No sure," She only replied, gulping.

[Snowberry]

"If they don't come then we'll have to start without them." Wildstar said firmly flicking his tail back and forth. "Or will be here all night."

Grasspaw looked round them. No sigh of the other clans. Where could they be? "Do- do you think, well, It's happened to ... them?" She whispered to Whisperwind not wanting any of the clan cats to hear.

[Tanglestar]

Tanglestar let out a sigh. "What a pity. I hope nothing too bad has happened," She joined Wildstar as she, too, flicked her tail anxiously back and fourth. She checked the scent. Nothing. "Have you heard of any trouble on WindClan territory? Any border hunting? Have they run out of food?" Tanglestar asked as she though herself, RiverClan hasn't been hunting close or over the border, prey must still be moderate.

Whisperwind perked up her ears. "I hope not," He whispered back. That would be very bad, she told herself. She looked at Grasspaw and sighed. "I really hope it isn't..." She repeated.

[Snowberry]

"No, they haven't been hunting near the border. It's a bit weird thats it both WindClan and RiverClan aren't here, It could mean both of them are well, having a war." Wildstar sighed looking over the cleaing. "We need to start soon or StarClan will be mad at us."

"Maybe it's something else." Grasspaw meowed.

[Rainstar]

Rainstar padded into the clearing with her warriors close behind. Rainstar then bound over to the great rock and bunched her mucles, she leaped gracefully onto the gaint rock and turned to the other leaders,
"Sorry were late. i was hunting and forgot what night it was." Rainstar then gave her self a shake. water splattered off her pelt. "So how is every ones clan? Good i hope!" Rainstar was in a good mood for that matter the world seemed to be right at the moment.

Blueflame padded in to the grassy clearing. she glanced up to see the Riverclan leader chatting with the rest of the clans. Blueflame then turned to Thunderstep, "Weres windclan? i know riverclan are here but what if windclan doesnt show up?" Blueflame looked up at the stars. the moon shown brightly as if startclan didnt notice the absince of the fourth clan.

Blackfang padded into the clearing with his tail dragging in the dirt. he was still tired from the monter crash and wanted to stay back at camp to rest, but Tanglestar had instisted on him coming. Blackfang then relized where Whisperwind sat by the other medicine cats, she was glances over there heads. he dropped back hoping she didnt see him. She tells me she loves me. Then just goes around and says its not going to happen! Blackfang's claws were working the ground, the dirt under him was now softened. Blackfang then realized that he was sitting by Blueflame, snowberry, and thunderstep.

Moongaze gave a warning glance to Whisperwind when she seen the other medicine cat strougling to see over the heads of the other cats. Moongaze leaned over to whiperwind, "Hes over there. but be careful, other cats might notice you looking for a warrior and get courious." moongaze used her tail to gester over to a group of warriors.

[Tanglestar]

Tanglestar nodded. "True. Let us start. She turned to leap onto the Great Rock when a rustling startled her. RiverClan scent filled her nose.

"I hope not," Whisperwind gulped. It couldn't happen, not now...

Tanglestar raised her chin to the RiverClan leader. "I assume it's not too important if you forgot that the full moon is hanging in the sky," She mewed, padding past Rainstar to teh Great Rock, she she moved to the other side of her.

Thunderstep looked down to see Blueflame beside him. "I'm sure StarClan knows what is holding them from this gathering. They must know the absence of the fourth clan." He meowed, as if he had read her mind.

OCC: Tanglestar never insisted he came

Whisperwind saw Blackfang near across the clearing, and she shouldered past the other medicine cats and medicine cat apprentices and headed toward him She wanted to talk to him. But how does Moongaze know I love him?? She asked herself frantically. That would have to wait until later. She was too worried about Blackfang's feelings right now. "Blackfang!" She called as her padded steps turned into a slight run. She slowed in front of him. She twitched her tail.

Tanglestar glanced at the ShadowClan leader, Wildstar. "Should we wait a moment before WindClan get here, or star without them? RiverClan showed up late, maybe WindClan will as well. It would be a pity to have to go without them." She mewed to Wildstar.

[mudnose]

Fireheart, Redtail, Thornpelt, Cloudhwhisker, Sundapple, Tornclaw, and Flameclaw sat in a circle, waiting for WindClan to come. They each lashed their tails and wondered where in the world was WindClan?

Wildclaw padded over to the medicine cats. "Where is WindClan?" he asked. Bramblepaw was thinking the exact same thing at the moment and she wondered when they would get there.

Puddlepaw and Tawnypaw were talking to each other. "Where's WindClan?" Puddlepaw asked. "I don't know," Tawnypaw answered, "but wherever they are, they'd better get here soon!"

[Snowberry]

"Greetings Rainstar." Wildstar meowed then added, "No, We will start now. If they turn up then they can have their say, but we can't wait all moon for them. On the way back I'll send some of my warriors to see if their OK."
