She panted heavilly as she reached the Thunderpath. She had given birth less then a moon ago, and nursing queens should still be in the nursery, resting. But Tanglestar had to step up as leader and fill the positions, even right after birthing.
She peered out of a bush near the Thunderpath; a rumble shook her paws. The lighted eyes of a monster was to her right. It gave a loud growl as it flew by, spraying wet mud and gravel into her eyes and pelt. When it was gone, she blinked the soot from her eyes, and shook her pelt. Giving herself a quick groom over, she scurried across the hard black path, and into ShadowClan territory.
She froze. What if she was cought by a late patrol? She took a deep breath. Wildstar will understand. Tanglestar and Wildstar were fairly close, and hardly ever had quarrels, if ever. Taking another deep breath, she plunged farther into ShadowClan territory. The deep smell of ShadowClan wafed around her, clinging to her pelt. But she was sure her ThunderClan smell was just as strong to them.
Eyes opened wide for any sound of pawsteps, Tanglestra pretruded deeper and deeper into the hardly known territory. The ground was mushy under paw from the rainshower that evening, and a scent in the air told her another was on it's way. Gently pats of rain fell onto her fur as she weaved in the undergrowth.
The sound of a twig snapping to her left alerted her, she froze, ears pricked. After a while, no sound. She continued lurking through the shadows very carefully and quietly. As her front paw touched the ground, a sharp cry rand in her ears; a sharp pain hit her side, sending her crashing toward the squishy ground. Mud soaked her think, curly fur, matting it more. More cries from one cat who was on top of her by now, shot through the entire forest. Her opponent aimed a sharp blow toward her ear, but Tanglestar yowled and dodged it. She didn't know who she was up against, it was dark and ShadowClan cats were awful good at fighting unseen.
She maneuvered her hind paws toward the cats belly, and heaved it off, claws still sheathed. The cat didn't weigh much, so it flew over the tall grass, and onto a tree, where it lay unmoving. Tanglestar stood up, panting. This was extra hard on her now. She decided to go see who her opponent was, who lay at the bottom of the large dead tree ShadowClan was famous for.
It was a small apprentice of ShadowClan; Violetpaw.
A hiss from below her made her jump as Violetpaw began to squirm around. You won't get away with this intruder!" She heaved herself up, but Tanglestar placed a paw on her shoulder and help her down. Violetpaw spat in anger and frustration.
"It's Tanglestar, the ThunderClan leader." Tanglestar whispered to the she-cat. "I need to talk to WildStar about something important. Can you get him for me?" She asked.
"How should I know you're not going to run away when I leave? Or ambush our camp, or Wildstar?" She hissed.
"Would I do that?" She meowed. "Do you smell any more scents other then ShadowClan around me? I think not. Now go get him." She bared her teeth, not on purpose, but it made Violetpaw scramble up and run, tail down, to ShadowClan camp. Tanglestar sat under the tree, tail over paws, and waited.

Occ; It's soooo long
Wildstar looked up at the dark sky. It was a lovely night for hunting, yet the clan seemed uneasy and he wasn't sure leaving them to go hunting was a very good idea. His gaze looked over the ginger she-cat. She was worried too, most of the time he thought it was about the death of Wildclaw, but other times he knew it was something else. He had tried to make her tell him but she justed looked at him, she couldn't. Well, Whatever it is, she's worried about it. He thought looking away from her. Then there was the smell of Violetpaw running into camp. I wonder why she's here. He thought getting up from where he lied down to the apprentice. "Violetpaw, Are you OK?" He asked.

occ: Hehe i know! Sorry. DX I had loads of muse.
Violetpaws paws thumped heavilly on the camp floor as she entered. Seeing Wildstar, she ran over to his direction and said between breaths, "It's Tanglestar......... She wants........ To talk to you....." She took a couple deeper breaths to catch up. "She's right by the dead tree, waiting." She nodded to her leader. "Should another cat go with you? It could be a trap." Violetpaw got into a noble position, her pelt flashing in the late light.

Occ: I can never write that long
Wildstar's ears picked up as he heared Tanglestar was on ShadowClan's land. Could it be about the .... Darkness coming to the clan? If so, he didn't want to take anyone... "Violetpaw, I think I'll be fine, but I want you to come too." He meowed then he began running with the apprentice by his side. Whatever Tanglestar wanted he knew it was important otherwise why wouldn't she wait until the gathering? Wildstar found Tanglestar just where Violetpaw told him she was. He took a breath in just to make sure there wasn't any other cats there... Nope. Then he went over to her waving his tail at Violetpaw to stay away. "Tanglestar?" He meowed

occ: I LOVE writing that much.
Excitement filled Violetpaw as Wildstar agreed to bring her. They rushed, side by side through the moon-lit forest. Once they arrived, he singnled her to stay in place. With a slight sigh, she stood, ready to leap into action if anything bad went on.
***
Tanglestar heard cats approaching. She immideatly picked out Wildstars scent, along with Violetpaws. I never thought he wouldn't bring another cat, She told herself.
Finally, she heard his voice speak her name. She stood up and padded away from the tree trunk and toward Wildstar. "Greetings Wilstar." Tanglestar smiled and touched her tail to his shoulder as a more friendly approach. More serious, she took in a deep breath and said, "There's something very important I think we should discuss..." Getting right to the point, she began. "It seams Rainstar and RiverClan have been acting different, staying secluded from the other clans; from us. And WindClan... First Falconstar went missing, and Mudstar stepped up. Then she went missing and Falconstar again, and now she's missing again too! There's something weird going on here. I can tell. And that's not it either." Tanglestar could have gone on, but she wanted to give the other leader a change to take in her thoughts and reply.

Wildstar listened to Tanglestar's words. She was right, but he had found WindClan weird. Once Tanglestar stopped he began. "Well RiverClan is RiverClan, but WindClan is much more weirder I feel. Falconstar keeps leaving the clan, just last month we found her over the border and gone. We've tried following her, which I know is wrong but she keeps leaving. Mud-uh nose I think, she's left the clan. I don't know whats happening to them." He meowed.

"It's all so strange." Tanglestar put in, staring at her paws that barely showed in the dark. "WindClan haven't been to a gathering in a couple moons. Then after one meeting, they vanished again." She put in. "I just don't understand, what should we do? The forest is falling apart!"

"I don't think we can do anything, Tanglestar. We would be blamed for getting in the way of others and our clans will be hated. But I think visting WindClan wouldn't do any harm." Wildstar meowed looking over his shoulder just to check on the apprentice.

Tanglestar followed his gaze to the little body fox lengths away. "I think we should. they could get angry, but wouldn't StarClan welcome us for our thought?" She asked him. However, I know I'll never be forgiven. She thought inside.

"Shall we go tomorrow?" She asked him. "It's close to Dawn, and we could head out at sunhigh, so we have some rest." She nodded. "And if we were to go at night, they may see it as a threat."

Wildstar nodded. "Sure, but pick out a few of your warriors to come with us. I think two of yours two of mine will do." He meowed. Dawn was setting in now and the wind was picking up. I must be on my way back.

"I must as well." She nodded. "Meet my on ThunderClan's side of the Thunderpath at Sunhigh." That gave them enough time to take a quick nap and decide which warriors to bring. "Goodbye, Wildstar." She smiled and flicked her tail, and bowed a thank you, and dashed away, back to the familiar clan of her own.
occ: I'll bring..... Thunderstep and umm.. Tigerstripe. That should be interesting!

occ: *claps* Yay!
Violetpaws ears perked up straight up at Windstars words, her whiskers quivered. "Wh- Really Wildstar?" She meowed, tail curling. She realized she was like a small kit and died down a little, however the anticipation inside her grew and grew.
