Blackpaw looked both ways before crossing the Thunderpath. He had Whiperpaw on his left flank. He saw her looking forward, her eyes were like loooking into the deep detps of silverpelt. Blackpaw really liked her but he didnt know if she liked him. "Okay the coast is clear. come on a and cross i'll cross after you." blackpaw didnt want any thing to happen to her, not now not ever.

"Ok," Whisperpaw tore her gave from silverpelt and pricked her ears up to listen for any monsters. nope, she thought. She dashed across the thunderpath, the hot black hard stuff making a thud as her paws hit it. She dove into the bush on the other side. Peeking her head out, she yowled to Blackpaw, "I'm good!"

Blackpaw let his breath go, he had been holding it ever since they fist came to the back surffis. "Alright!" Blackpaw looked both way of the thunderpath.Lets do this Blackpaw's ears pricked, Monsters Blackpaw dashed, not seeing the glass infront of him he ran striaght through it. Blackpaw reached the bash a dove into it.Pain shot through his paws. "Ow. What the-" he broke off seeing the blood trickle from his paw, "Daren! i cant go one day without gettint hurt!" Blackpaw searched for Whisperpaw. "Were did you go? I cant see you!"

"I'm here!" She popped out of the bush. She sighed at the black tom. "What have you done now..." Whisperpaw picked up his paw with hers. She felt Blackpaw tense up, but not like it hurt. Did he love her?? He couldn't! It's forbidden! Her eyes softly wondered to his eyes. He is cute- and strong... NO I cant fall in love! Whisperpaw drew her paw back and sighed to herself once more. "I'll go get some cobwebs fro that, I'll be right back. Don't move" She dissapeared through the bushes a few foxlengths away from them. A wad of thick cobwebs shone in the sun. They were connected to the giant roots of a tree on top of the earth. She put her paw in the middle and made a circle, getting the think cobwebs to stick around her paw. Wild garlic to keep out infection... Whisperpaw was proud of her confidence in herself. She scented the air, finding the garlic. She dug it up with her one good paw and trotted back through the bushes. Blackpaw sat there licking his wound. "Ok, lemme see it again" She sat down and sniffed the wound again. "Hold still" She mewed as she rolled the garlic on the cut. Blackpaw winced a little at the stinging, but settled down quickly. Next Whisperpaw wrapped the wad of sticky cobwebs around Blackpaws paw and nudged him on his shoulder. "Better?" She purred. "Walk on it, then we can get moving to store up on some catnip!"

Whisperpaw raised her nose while she padded along to scent teh catnip. "Hey Blackpaw!" It almost loked as if she had interupted his thoughts. "Whitch twoleg nest you think?"

Blackpaw stopped and scented the air. "I think this one!" then he hopped onto the fence. "I herd that this was Firestar's old twoleg place! What do you think?" blackpaw looked at Whisperpaw then jumped off the fence and headed tord the garden, when the screen door floo open. "Blackpaw stop were he was and gave a hiss, the bolted to the fence. "Come on!" blackpaw jumped to the fence and waited for whisperpaw to jump and run.

Whisperpaw was nervous. She didnt know about this. She leapt onto the fence. Pearing down, it seamed like a long jump down.... The knew she had to do it for moongaze. with a slight "humph" she lept off and chased after blackpaw.

occ: oops.
Whisperpaw hissed from her perch in the middle of the garden. She couldn't move. Her muscles were locked up. Frozen. She could hardly breathe as the twoleg held up an instrument... It was short and shiny... and it seamed to gleam at the tip... It popped as the twoleg moved its paws. Whisperpaws eyes grew as large as an owls... Her heart flapped on her chest. A yowl from the twoleg and a sharp cry from Blackpaw made her jump. bam! A loud noise made her jump out of her pelt. She screwed up her eyes and ran blindly from the smoke around the twoleg garden using her ears. She heard blackpaws claws scrabbling up against the fence and she followed clumsily. Another loud explosion hit a kitstep from her. A hole was left in the fence. Whisperpaw flew to safty and raced up the nearest tree. Her chest was heaving. She could hear the twoleg bark loudly and curse, slamming the door. Whisperpaw flopped down on the tree. Sighing, she looked up at blackpaw, his big eyes even bigger. "Are you alright?" She mewed. "I'm so sorry! I could have gotten you killed! I was so foolish! What an apprenice I am! I-I just froze up!! I'm sorry!" She pled.

Blackpaw loooked up form his perch, "No im fine. Are you okay?" he didnt know how much effection was in his voice. "I have a hole in my ear! What was that thing that tow-leg was holding!" Blackpaw rubbed a paw over his ear. "All well..come on we need that catnip!" He leaped down from the tree landing lightly on his feet on the fence. "Are you coming?!" he then went under the garden, he crouched waiting for the two-leg to apear.

Whisperpaw huffed. She had to follow him. There was a cylinder in the edge of his ear were the tip was supposed to be. "Thats no good," She mumbled to herself. She leaped over the fence with ease and walked silently along the clean- cut grass. She could smell the catmint. She followed her nose to a small stubby green plant growing near the opposing side of the fence. She kept to the shadows of the fence over to the plant. She plucked them carefully but quickly, not wanting the twoleg to come back. She stuffed her mouth full of the leaves and piled them on the ground, flicking her tail and tilting her head of blackpaw to come get them. She turned and grabbed as much as she could carry.

Blackpa wraced across the yard to the apprentice. he then shuved into his mouth. he tryed so hard not to smell the sweet scent. "Lets go, and get out of here."

Whisperpaw nodded to him and sped up to leap over the fence before this twoleg came out. The catnip made her mouth water and it was hard to resist teh scent and the taste dripping into her mouth..
"Alright then," she mumbled through the leaves "Lest make our way back." She streamed over to the nearest bush near the thunderpath they had to cross on the way there.

Blackpaw ran as fast as he could out of the yard of the twolegs. He could barely feel his paws hit the forest floor. he stoped at the edge of the thunderpath, and waited for Whisperpaw. She came into view. "Alright when i say go, go!" he waited for the next monster to pass. there was only afew fox-lengths between them. Blackpaw herd a low growl a while back. "Go! Herry thers a dog coming!"
