Her snow white paws skimmed the ground as she snuck from her comfortable bed in her two-legs place. She ducked down under the flap in the door where the Two-Legs enter and exit the back yard. As soon as she stepped onto the grass outside, a cool breeze lapped at her fur, and she stuck her nose into the air to smell all the fresh and new scents. Her mind was boggled to the thought of facing the cats, and telling them what she really wanted. Butterflies flew in her stomach, reminding her how nervous she was.
As she leaped onto the wooden fence, she took a look a her Two-Leg place. It was warm, and cozy. And through the window she could see her owners kit playing with little cat dolls. One, she had named after her. The one she cherished most; Sky.
Sky fiddles with the fence beneath her paws for a last moment, and took a deep breath. Was this it? She turned back, and leaped onto the other side. Either way, she had to face the cats to give her decision. She glanced at the sun, that was creeping closely to being hung directly in the sky.
The clan cats called it Sunhigh.
Sky leaped onto the other side of the fence. She looked at her snow white paws, and then at the forest. She swallowed hard, and started across the open moor that lead to the wooded area, where she would give her answer to the white she-cat and the black and white tom.
Her fur flattened against her tiny agile body, as her different shades-of-blue eyes watered. It felt to free, just to run against the wind. To move her paws in ways they had never been worked before. The feel of the grass between her town, and the dew that wet her fur around her paws made her refreshed. The scent of honeysuckle and wheat sung inside her.
Sky stopped right before she entered the forest. It was shaded with speckles of light where the sun broke through the leaves every once in a while, and the wind seamed to draw her in all the sudden, just as it did the day before. Her legs ached from her trekking yesterday. In the midst of her thinking, Sky heard a whismatical voice.
"Come." It breathed.
She had heard this before. It was the starry-pelted cat she had saw yesterday. With some hesitation, Sky jogged into the forest, as the cat had told her to. Out of the corner of her eyes, sometimes, she'd see the starry cat. It sometimes startled her, but she started to get used to it. She saw it as a comfort.
She made it to teh spot the two cats had told her to meet them. She couldn't exactly see the sun, but she guessed it was about Sunhigh, She sat on a log nearby, and waited.

The black tom prowled behind the small kitty-pet. She sat unnoticeing the danger a waiting her. The panther like cat stalked forward, his paws lightley touching the forest floor not making a sound. When Pantherclaw was lengths away he whispered in her white ear, "You should have known i was behind you."

Sky shot up from her position on the branch. She twisted to face the black tom, her fur was arosen on her pelt. She was breathing heavy, and her eyes huge. A voice behind her whispered, "Are you ready?" She spun around to see the big she-cat, Hailstorm was it? Sitting casually behind her, swishing her tail. I should have known!

Sky scanned the trees above her, and thought about how she could get up to follow them. She saw a branch sticking up from the trunk and leaped onto it. Now what!? She looked around for more. there were a few scattered around.
She made it to the ones she could reach, and she was panting hard. She gazed down; She was probably about 15 meters from the ground. Sucking in breath, she hopped to the next, and the next, until there were no more. Sky was in the tree's leaves now, wondering what she could do.
She launched herself onto the next tree, gripping for dear life as she slipped. Then she saw how far away the next tree was. The wind whistled to her, and she thought of what to do.
then it hit her.
She waited for an enormous gust of wind to hit, before she leaped across to the next tree. The wind aided her tremendously, and she continued to use this, until she was soaring through the trees. She wondered where PantherClan and Hailstorm went.. Then she remembered their distinct smell. She found a place to sit, and she raised her nose in teh air. It was like scenting for her food at the Two-Leg place. she scented them! She remembered! Smiling, Sky rushed on toward the scent.

Rainstar waited in the middle of the clearing for the three cats, she needed the ground in intisipation. where are they, A branch snapped above her.

Big event? She pondered, shocked by having Pantherclaw appeared beside her. She rushed on, swallowing hard, following the warrior. "where?" She breathed, not loud enough for them to hear.

Pantherclaws ear lay flat on his head as he sped forword. Finialy they came to the spot. Pantherclaw leaped off the last branch. It looked as though it was a drop off. Pantherclaw landed softley and padded up to a silver tabby waiting for them in a clearing. He turned to face the branch he leaped off of. He sat at least a rabbit length away from the silver tabby.
Rainstar sat with her chin high waiting for the warrior, deputy and even future apprentice. Suddenley a black figure covered the sun and landed beside her. She dipped her head, "Are they behind you?" Rainstar didnt move her head from the sight of the forest above the wall.
Pantherclaw nodded, "The kitty-pet is. But im not sure where Hailstorm is."
Rainstar narrowed her eyes at the sun. "Yes," Not another word eascaped from her mouth.

Hailstorm shot from the trees beside Pantherclaw. "I'm here, Rainstar." She slightly dipped her head and rolled her eyes. This was all too ridiculous to her.
Sky, breathing hard, dropped where Pantherclaw did, a little shaky on the landing. She was panting heavily, but she tried to restrain and take deep breaths as she padded forward and stood before all three cats. "H-Hello," She swallowed.

Pantherclaw Held his chin high, he could tell by the expression on Hailstorms face she didnt like Rainstar's dicision. "Sky kept up well. Shes fast for a kitty pet. And tough too."
Rainstar looked into the kitty pets eyes. Her eyes reflected like glass as they glazed with gray, With out tairing here gaze from the small kit she moewed to her deputy, "What is your interpretation?"

"Hmph.." Hailstorm huffed. "Slower than anticipated..." She tapped her tail on the ground. "And Not so much strength." She narrowed her eyes, as they glinted at the white kittypet. Sky shrunk down to a tiny size, multi-colored eyes shining brightly.

Sky took a deep breath.
This decision was going to change her life, for the worse or for the better. She swallowed hard, and focused on her paws, recounting her thoughts to re think everything, and make sure this is what she wanted to do.
"I'm-" she cleared her throat and looked up at the leader. "I'm going to stay."
With those words, out of the corner of her eye she saw the white cat flinch. This is what she felt she was destined to do.
This was her life.
